纳米材料工学专业

院系介绍

1) 强化基础工程学教育: 以英语、计算机、工程学设计为主的素养教育
2) 超小集成元件新材料工程技术: 材料合成技术、 积层技术、薄膜加工技术
- 集成电子元件、半导体、功能性未来新材料元件
3) 元件材料设计技术 : 基础回路理论、 电子气场模拟试验装置、电子元件技术、未来材料技术、生物体材料
